For your viewing pleasure I’ve created a walk-through video of the Medical Pavilion section. And yes, I’ve got the trainer on! It has to be said, the one I got from CheatHappens is a little flaky at times. There is a ‘one-shot-kill’ option that works only when it feels like it. To be honest though, that’s the only fault I have with the trainer.
